My 1 hour allowed exercise times were the only time I was allowed out to move and clear my head through the initial lockdown. I do most of my lyric writing when I run so this was a sacred time. I wrote this song about the need to feel the sun on our skin and the light in our eyes. It's also about remembering places I had been now that I wasn't allowed to go anywhere.
